When should I expect my order?

We aim to fulfil your order within three weeks, but at peak times it may take longer.  We will contact you if this is the case. 
If you require your order sooner please choose our priority delivery option at checkout.
You should receive an order confirmation immediately by email, and a further update when your order has been dispatched.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email or have been waiting more than three weeks for your order, please get in touch. 


Is Your Confetti biodegradable?

Yes, all our paper confetti is 100% biodegradable and suitable for use indoors and out, but always check with your venue that they allow biodegradable paper confetti as we cannot accept responsibility for any objections raised by your venue. 


Can I order a sample of Your Confetti?

If you're not sure what confetti will fit with the rest of your day, or you simply can't decide between colours you like, you can order a sample in either hearts or circles.
Your Confetti samples are perfect for matching to your colour scheme, and also allows you the chance to try out our confetti and see how slowly it falls.


How much confetti do I need?

More is better - especially when it comes to capturing that magical confetti shot

For guidance based on your number of guests please see our confetti bag options, our portions are very generous and the amount of confetti you get will be enough for a handful each based on our guest numbers advised

Topping up Your Confetti with some confetti cannons is always a good idea:)


Can I have a refund for my order if I don't like it or I change my mind?

Due to the personalised nature of these confetti products, we cannot offer refunds, so we recommend ordering a sample first.
Please note that product photos are taken in well lit, studio-like conditions, and colours on monitors and displays can vary. 
We recommend purchasing a sample of confetti first to ensure you're happy with the colours and shapes.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, however if a product is damaged or faulty when it arrives, we will offer a full refund or replacement providing it is unused and returned within 14 days. 
Please get in touch if you need to return a damaged or faulty item. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Why do you ask for my Wedding Date?

During particularly busy periods, we may prioritise orders by wedding date. In addition, if there is a risk that your order will not be ready in time for your wedding date, we will contact you to discuss options. 

Will the confetti keep if I order in advance?
The confetti will keep as long as you need it to provided it is stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight, so don't delay order today:)
